The Newcomers Club of Greater Chapel Hill offers many opportunities to:

Annual Meeting & Green Tour
Saturday, April 17, 9:30 am - 12 pm
NC Botanical Gardens Education Center

Meeting highlights will include introducing and approving the Newcomers Board of Directors for 2010-2011.

The newly opened Education Center demonstrates that a “green” building can be not only environmentally responsible, but also beautiful and welcoming. Dr. Peter White, Director of NCBG, shares how it was designed and constructed to exceed the highest standards for sustainability and be certified at the LEED platinum level. He will also lead a tour of the facility.   Then enjoy the beautiful gardens at your leisure.
